Marla Storm is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Verily where she leads the HR function in support of fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture and building modern talent management practices that empower "Veeps" to innovate at the intersection of health and technology. Marla previously served as CHRO at Wood plc, where she led human resources for the company across its operations in over 60 countries with a focus on building a global people strategy to advance workforce agility and operational excellence. Prior to Wood, she was CHRO for Balfour Beatty's businesses in the United States and held senior HR leadership roles at both Boeing and McKesson. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Drury University and a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University.
