Emmanuel Ubiñas serves as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Verily Health, where he leads the company’s legal, government affairs, compliance, and risk strategies at the intersection of healthcare, data science, and technology. Prior to joining Verily, Emmanuel spent nearly two decades at Jones Day, where he served as a Partner in a global practice focused on high-stakes litigation, regulatory enforcement, and international risk mitigation representing companies in various industries, including healthcare and technology. Emmanuel holds a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
