Verily Lightpath is a care solution with programs intelligently designed for identifying, reaching and maintaining health goals across multiple chronic conditions and levels of clinical need.

Lightpath is an evolution of Verily Onduo virtual care management for chronic conditions, building off its best practices and learnings, and to be reflective of its successes, such as demonstrated outcomes. A peer-reviewed, 4-month study of Verily Onduo with intermittent CGM use in adults with type 2 diabetes showed meaningful glycemic improvements. Improvements in other metabolic health parameters, including weight‡ and blood pressure, were also observed.&sup1;
