Verily Health Secures New Investment From NVIDIA and CU Healthcare Innovation Fund

Investment supports the next phase of Verily’s precision health AI strategy

Dallas, TX – September 9, 2026 – Verily Health Inc. today announced it has received investment support from NVIDIA, as Verily extends its March fundraising. Existing investor CU Healthcare Innovation Fund II, LP is also making an additional investment. Verily’s current investors include Alphabet, Series X Capital, UCHealth, and others.

The new backing arrives as Verily scales adoption of the Verily Pre Platform, the company's flagship data and AI platform, which helps healthcare organizations make their data AI-ready and deploy AI responsibly across research and care. It also supports the growth of Verily Me, the company's patient engagement offering, extending Verily’s capabilities to support individuals throughout their healthcare journey.

Verily and NVIDIA previously announced a collaboration in October 2025. Researchers using the Verily Pre Platform will be able to leverage NVIDIA AI libraries and frameworks, including NeMo, Parabricks, RAPIDS, and NVIDIA B200 GPUs. Verily developed Forecast 1.0™, a foundation model that integrates genomics and EHR data to deliver improvements in the accuracy of predicting long-term health risks, in collaboration with NVIDIA. Leveraging the NVIDIA AI stack, the model achieved improved predictive performance and computational efficiency.
